Tumblr still a place. Inkbunny & Sofurry if you go that way. Weasyl is the backup for FA, I think.
Twitter has a great artistic community even though I personally detest using their website.
Writscrib is coming out in the coming months and I'm very excited for it.
Putting your own gallery on e-hentai and updating it when you put out a new picture is an option. They're barely better than simply being art thieves, but if you take control of your own gallery and link back to your other accounts then it's just another self-promotion platform.
