Commission Process
Hey there!
First off, thank you for taking the time to read this, be it out of interest in commissioning me or just curiousity :)
As the title suggests, this journal is to outline the process and rules of my workflow when taking on a commission
Phase 1 - Brief
In order for me to provide the best possible result, I will need a brief of what you'd like, as well as a reference of your character and details that are key to his/her design that must be included
Phase 2 - Draft
Depending on the commission type, I will create a draft of what I feel best suits your concept, which will be provided for feedback. During this phase, changes can be made to the pose, camera angle and composition of the piece. This phase allows for 2 redraws, after which a choice must be made between one of the 3 options if the first option wasn't satisfactory
Phase 3 - Refinement
After a draft has been locked, I will begin to render the character and add detail to him/her. Once the character has been rendered and detailed to an acceptable degree, another proof will be provided to sign off on. At this stage only minor changes can be made - changes to the expression, detail of the character and clothing, the overall image has been locked in the previous phase. Once approved and 100% happy, payment will be requested before I move to the final phase. This ensures that, you as client, are happy with the artwork and will not have paid for something you feel does not reflect the concept you have in mind
Phase 4 - Finalizing the Artwork
After payment has been made and the artwork has been fully approved, the artwork will be colored and given the appropriate treatment based on the commission type that was chosen. Before the final edit is done, a final proof will be provided to confirm the color of the characters are accurate and as desired - once approved, the piece will be completed and submitted
Rules - Please respect them
- no explicit content
- I do not draw fetish related content, if in doubt, contact me on what is acceptable :)
- only 2 redraws are allowed in. The first phase and cannot be changed after locked
- Please be reasonable and professional
It may be a lengthy process, but I feel it's necessary to make sure that both parties are happy! Thank you for taking the time to read through all this and I hope this gives some light on what you can expect should you commission me :)

Have a good one!
Cheers ;)
