Info
"Set price #1 $x" in the description means you can buy the adopt for a certain price. Reply to "Reply here if you want to buy #1 - #2” and so on..
If you reply and you are chosen as the new owner, you are obligated to fulfill payment.
If you are the second person to reply, you are obligated to accept your responsibility as the new owner if the first owner does not meet the conditions.
You MUST HAVE the money on hand. After winning I'll message you my paypal adress and the payment must be done within 24 hours or I'll put the adoptable back online.
I only accept paypal
After I receive payment, you will be the new owner of the adoptable.
As owner, you receive the watermark free and big version of the adoptable.
As owner, I will note your name to keep track of the adoptable, in case the adoptable goes to another owner, I want the name of the new owner. So I can keep track of them ~ see how you make them come to life
I do not delete the art I have already published of the adoptable, but I will post your name in the description to let people know you are the owner. If I create more art of the adoptable, please let me know if it’s okay I publish it, I will always tag you as the owner. You can consider the art/doodles a gift~
If you do not want the price tag of the adoptable to be public once you’ve bought it, just let me know, I’ll remove the adoptable’s price tag. (I will keep it in my personal documentation.)
On commissions I expect half payment upfront, and the other half after you’ve seen the finished commission. After receiving the last half, I will send you the unwatermarked version.
On adoptables however I want full payment upfront. You’ve seen the adoptable in the gallery, so you know what you’re getting.
Once you are the owner of the adoptable, you can
Give to the adoptable a name, a personality, dress it up, dress it down, change gender. Basically you can play as much as you want with the adoptable, except change things that are physiologically impossible (ears don’t grow twice the size, the can be bitten off though.) Please credit me for the design if you post it.
You can use it for a story , for an avatar , for a signature , in rp story and so on
You can resell the adoptable if you feel that’s the best thing for them, but don’t ask more than what you bought them for. Adoptables are not wares!
You can trade the adoptables as well or gift it to a friend
If you use the adoptable for merchandise/stories you are going to sell, you can only do that if you do not copy and paste my file into the merchandise. For example, do not paste my file onto a shirt and sell that. What you can do is make a drawing of the design and use that.
Any commercial use you’re planning to do with it, I’d like to know. I just need to hear “it’s a story” or something like that. Not the entire plan.
If you are the owner (and even if you are not) you can not
Claim the design is yours, or post the exact drawing I made you and claim that is yours.
Claim a refund. If you grow tired of your adoptable, you are allowed to sell it (for the same price), or gift or trade it.
Delete your comment once you win the ownership, in order to avoid paying or any other reason.
Buy the adoptable only to resell it a week after, just to steal the chance from other people to get their hands on the adoptable.
