TOS CHANGES!! IMPORTANT

This new information is being put into my TOS! Keep yourself updated. :3
(First one was added a bit ago but will be posted here as well)
1) YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO COMMISSION ME FOR MATURE WORKS!! (or anything with specific fetishes.)
Look guys I REALLY don't want to have to make it so I have to check everyone's age, and I don't want to restrict my art to 18+. But I know some kids have been trying to, or even successfully, tricked me into making them NSFW/Mature art and that's not okay.
And now, since I've already had to tell some kids this same thing recently...If you are under 18 you are a child. I don't care how grown up you think you are, I don't care if you are sexually active and fuckin' all the bitches. You are still a child, you are still under the age of 18, and you should not be buying mature works. And in many places its actually illegal for me to sell you mature things at your age. Don't get me in trouble because you want to think your grown, come on kiddos.
Being called a "kid" is not an insult either. If you are under 18, that is what you are. Everyone had 17 years of being a kid. Everyone, I am not trying to call you mean names. You are a kid.
2) There will now be a surcharge for purchasing arts and using SL Screenshots and similar as references.
Look guys, I am sorry but SL screenshots are not easy for me to use. And especially when you say things like "I want this character, BUT... This this and this need changed" I get this may be the only thing you have at current. But even the most inexperienced people can scribble an ugly color edit on a free base to illustrate markings. My two year old could do that.
I will still accept them as refs, but at an extra cost. Lets be real guys my art is cheap cheap cheap. I already am skimping myself on these prices, and even more so when I have to fight tooth and nail to get stuff right with your SL screenies as refs.
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE BEFORE A CERTAIN DAY, YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHEN YOU ORDER!!! Not later down the line
Refunds:
Under most circumstances, refunds will not be given. (Seriously, You probably only paid me $3 anyway.)
Refunds *will* be given to people for larger projects if necessary. Necessary circumstances include...
1) Me deciding I am no longer comfortable with completing the art for one reason or another.
2) Me deciding I cannot take on more commissions at the current moment.
3) You have waited over 1 month for a piece from me with no progress, no start and no WIPs given when you asked. (This will never happen by the way, but in some weird alternate reality...)
When given a refund, you will be given back what you paid, after paypal tax. So, if I only received $9.65 from you after tax on a $10 piece, that is what I will refund you.
Payment:
I will only be accepting payment through Paypal! And only in the form of USD! PLEASE ensure that you are sending USD when you are sending the money. It will say recipient recieves x. If that says SEK, change it! My account, being based out of Sweden, will try to change currency as SEK but that is not what I want.
Payment must be received before I will work on the commission!
PLEASE note in your payment what it is for! I just need your FA username and type of commission (i.e. headshot, full body, YCH)

Blacklist
I will not be having a black list of people I will not accept commissoins from. There are multiple reasons I may black list you...
1) You lying to me about your age in an attempt to get a NSFW or fetish commission from me while you are under age.
2) You filing a charge back against me. Seriously, I will give you a refund if it is necessary, I am a very reasonable person. But I will not refund just because you decide to change your mind when I am in the middle of your work. trying to yank a charge back off me and locking me out of using my paypal will get you immediately black listed for life.
3) Filing an artist beware against me. I will be more than happy to cooperate with you, work to get things resolved and make sure you are more than happy with your commission. After all, I am not happy if you aren't. I want you to love your purchase. There should never be a reason for you to do this. And if you believe there is. I would prefer you speak to me first.
