I know this feeling well. It's really frustrating to go through. I'm still going through that in regards to talking to you, too.

yeah...I get scared of being judged

Most of it for me is just being unsure what to say, but the fear of bothering someone if they're busy or not interested to talk nags at me. I don't mind hearing from people, I just prefer knowing I'm not catching them at a bad time or when they aren't wanting to talk to me. But I do get the fear of being judged when it comes to playing games with people.
