I may switch things up starting with the next batch- the amount of people who are on the list actually trying to get commissions when I open seems fairly small. I'm thinking I might just start taking commissions open to everyone, but if someone from on the list happens to sign up I give them a guaranteed spot, or something. Whatever's left over goes to everyone else.

Yeah that seems fair a bit of a smarter way to do things. Just toss in a disclaimer any time you open and utilize that to manage expectations for who gets slots.
