they don't really have a specific definition of too much, but they do allow it in certain cases. blatant sexual that isn't strictly educational though, seems to be off-limits. i'd say double-check at the ToS and/or AUP for youtube before quoting me on that, though. IANAL, but it all looks like animated might fly if you don't make it all about sex and nudity. they even allow music with swearing, so i doubt they would remove yours for swearing.

oh, and if you plan on monetizing i'd make sure theres no possible way to get it reported. even racial and/or political insensitivity could get that report, just one person needs to be butthurt over it for them to consider looking into it.

EDIT: found the youtue page relating to nudity and sexual stuff. https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802002 the page for language is nowhere to be found, but they have specifics for hate speech and harassment.

You can talk about it, but, you probably shouldn't talk about it in graphic detail. Also, no showing the peen or vagoo. That'll get your page reported pretty quick. Just use common decency, and you should make it.

Hell your the boss of the project, go all out, just don't use sexual content, youtube is very stricted about that.

As long as there isn't any nudity, it's fine to upload.

But, if you plan on monetizing the vid, your video has to be "ad-friendly". Meaning no cussing, no nudity, no violence, no racism, etc. And it's because of that reason that many animators have moved to other sites.

What about references of sexual stuff in dialogue?

That's 50/50. Sometimes the ad peeps don't mind, sometimes they do. But for non-monetizing purposes, that's fine.

I'd like to give you the script so you can read it over and tell me what you think...I'm not going to try to make money off of the show so dont worry about that part of it.
