Art block help please?
Honestly lately I've been suffering from a decent amount of depression and anxiety. Just a lot of stuff that's piling on top of one another, I haven't really had the chance to just stop and breath this year, nevermind feel like I've made a real 'win'. It's starting to hit my art too. It's not exactly like any art block I've had before but I think it falls into the same category :T It's certainly not getting any better.
I'd love to have some advice... maybe exercises, both drawing-wise or just in life that you feel help out? Anything.

the only advice i can suggest is to try and force yourself to do a "whatever" page of sketches. Draw anything, everything, objects and items in your room, animals etc and dont worry about if anything looks shit. Just to flex your artistic muscles without any anxiety or worry of trying to make something "worthy"

Try scribbling. Just scribble for like a minute or so. That can help.

Doodling vent art and 60-80 second sketches of scenery/people/animals might help a little. It'll be more relaxing than commissions or even personal art work which you'll end up stressing over to be perfect. Do so when your in a good mood and maybe even have some upbeat music playing.

I think the best advice here is taking time to just...draw. Doesn't matter what just put pen to paper and see what happens. No real direction. Or if you need direction just draw a different species and breed of animal every day. Until it passes. But take time out to breath and do soemthign silly and fun. A distraction.
