...so, it appears Coming Together needs a lot more effort than I thought.
My fault, I suppose. Setting is science fiction and well, I always have had problems with that/ Not because I hate science fiction, but my standards of what constitutes GOOD science fiction are...kinda high. So, rather than continue to beat my skull against it, I'm going to push it to the side and work on the story of Yurikawa's origin.
