Artwork
What I will and will not do:
Blood is OK as long as it's not menstrual.
I'm perfectly fine with drug use, violence, gore, and other somewhat taboo things.
I will NOT draw cub porn.
I hold high respects for copyright and trademark laws, with this in mind, I will draw registered trademarked characters only with permission from the original trademark holder.
As the artist I retain all copyrights to all images I create unless you pay for said rights. I will respect clients who don't want their art publicly displayed. You must make this known at the start of the commission that you don't want it displayed.
As the owner of your character(s) you have trademark rights. You have the right to request your character be removed from my gallery. You have the right to post the artwork made by me to media sites, as long as no profit is made from the artwork. As the artist, I can request such postings be removed, unless you have purchased rights to the copyright.
Payments and refunds:
My preferred method of payment is PayPal.
When making a payment online you forfeit your refund by sending as "friends and family" but I will honor the payment as "payment for service" as long as it's noted that it's for the commission.
I recommend that you ONLY Pay for commissions through the "goods and services" option so that you don't lose your refund privileges in the event you may want one.
I do accept cash for my work, on the occasion I have been known to take money order's but these are in person or special events.
Refunds are based on the stage of the commission and time spent working on the piece. Both parties are able to request a refund at any time. Once a commission is finished, then there are no refunds.
A refund may be issued on my part if you are found to be, harassing, slandering, or causing issues for my self or other clients.
What constitutes as harassment:
Public display of issues with your commission prior to refund or resolve.
Publicly asking about your commission.
Stalking, or insulting of my self or other clients.
How you can ask about my work and it not be harassment:
Privately.
You will be given my contact information so that you may inquire about your work on a more personal level.
I enjoy chatting with clients, but pestering me more than once every few days for updates makes it hard to work.
I understand, if it's near the deadline but most of the time I keep up-to-date with you and let you know times I'm working on your commission as I find getting to know clients helps me bring more personality into your work.
Normally if I'm working on your piece I'm a "Chatty Kathy" with you and update you frequently.
What to expect when commissioning me:
I take very few projects at a time so I can offer a more personal experience for my clients. If I'm drawing you, it helps to know you a little.
Work in progress shots AKA WIPs. I am very happy to show you WIPs almost at any time you may ask,
I try my best to make deadlines but please understand that I have my own life outside of doing artwork, and at times, this may get in the way of some work. I do my best to let you know as soon as I know whats going on for any given day.
Costumes...under construction might be coming soon....
