Essentially I would like an anthropomorphize dragon. Which draws heavily from design aspects of the Rathalos dragon from monster hunter. A couple examples of that dragon. https://imgur.com/a/vVvI7
I don’t want the character to have wings, just two legs two normal arms and a tail. (I would like the tail to taper to a point, unlike the bulbous Rathalos style tail)
Clothing yes, with the style favoring a more punkish look. a random example of something along those lines is also in the link.
Creative liberties are fine, I’m not very picky, and I chose you because your style matches my tastes pretty well.

Heyya Lan I got a question.

I know its not on the pricing list but what would you charge for a one shot OC design?
Its from an already existing character so it'd be more improving on the existing design rather than working from the ground up?

I usually charge for a fullbody and then add an extra charge on top for needing to design it as well. The extra charge depends on how much effort the designing will take based on the references/descriptions, as well as revisions. ^^
