I do require that the commissioner provide a down payment of 50% the commission price before I start their piece.I will email the commissioner before I begin work on their piece to let them know I'm starting, confirm any details I'm unsure of, and send a paypal invoice for the 50% down payment. Once the piece is done I'll email the commissioner with a small, watermarked copy of the piece to show that it's done. The commissioner will then submit the rest of the cost and I will email the full, un-watermarked version to you.
Refund Policies
• The commissioner may request a refund of their down payment at any time, up until the halfway point is reached.
• I do not give refunds on finished artwork.
Rights I Have
I have the right to use your piece for publicity and the right post it anywhere on the internet or in print. I also have the right to sell prints of your commissioned work, though I will almost always ask for permission out of common courtesy. If you have problems with any of these please talk with me prior to placing an order, or simply don't commission me.
If I'm doing work for you that will be involved in some other type of copyrite (such as books, video games, or movie concepts) I don't require extra payment or royalties, however I do require that I be given credit for the work I'm doing for you within the media. Please talk to me prior to these arrangements.
Rights YOU Have
This is YOUR artwork, you paid for it. You can edit, print, post, or reference your commissioned work anywhere and however you want. The only requirement is that my copyrite remain on the full piece and/or credit is given with a link back to my website or Weasyl profile.
I also ask that you do not sell prints to make money off of these works unless a prior arrangement for such has been made
