After con report for IFC and MFM, plus a lot more.

Give me fuel! Give me fire! Give that which I desire! Hello all! How you doing?
Been a minute I know, especially seeing as I've been more or less dark since the cons have come and gone. Just letting you know, I've been busy...
First is a report for IFC!
Loved it, was a great follow up year from the first time I went. I like to tell folks it's like MFF but smaller, which it is if you think about it. You got a lot of the same personalities there as MFF, but with not as many people you can get closer and converse with them a lot easier.
I really love that Marriott Inn though. The location it great with that Lincoln Pancakes restaurant right next door (awesome eats there by the way) and the con space it wonderful! This year they had a much larger main ball room though, which they needed. If I remember it was something like 1200 people this year? Also, love the smart TV's there, heckin' YouTube is life.
Now, for MFM.
MFM was what it is, a home coming per say, and seeing it is the closest con to me, it more or less is a home like con. I saw many of familiar faces there, most from ArkCONsas, and seeing as ArkCONsas was small I more or less got to know many of the people there over the weekend. So it was cool being able to catch up with them and chat, especially with Keefer and Draconis again. Sadly though they informed me they wouldn't be doing an ArkCONsas for another year or so because of the poor turnout for the first one. Sucks because I really liked that con AND hotel.
Other then the good stuff there like the pizza and catching up with others I have seen at cons before, I did happen to catch wind of someone having complained about up in the card games room playing Cards Against Humanity, saying something along the lines of we were being rude and vulgar...even loud at times. But then again when someone pulls the card "When I pooped, what came out?" and one of the answers is "What you would expect." it's hard not to laugh aloud and among a table of roughly ten. Besides, that's why you play cards against humanity, to explore the darker side of your humor, am I right?
Other then that, was real cool this year, seeing as I went and hung out more with folks other then hang around like a bump on a log. I especially enjoyed going out to eat with rabbi-tom and a bunch of the other old heads of the fandom. Something I enjoy is history, and the history of the furry fandom is hilarious. XD
Now, for none furry stuff.
Work! Work work work, work work work, hello boys have a good nights rest, I miss you!
Shameless move quote there, but yes work has been keeping me busy, because in between cons I've had only enough time to get cleaned up, unpacked and then straight to work. Then vice a versa with going to cons.
Also...the weekend after MFM was LS Fest. I know, it's weird for a Ford fan to go to a Chevy based event, but my best friend who I've gone with the past three years in a row has a Chevy product and he's the one that kind of drags me along.
But yeah, LS Fest was fun, especially the night life. Hanging out in parking lots surrounded my 600+ horsepower cars is awesome, plus some entertainment of those doing burnouts and donuts in the street. Basically we stayed there until the police ran us off. XD
Other then that, been trying to game more. Recently picked up Destiny 2, and seeing I was a fan of the original Destiny that more or less means I have to buy it.
That's how that works...right?
Something else I've been preparing for though is my 1000 watcher milestone. At the moment of writing this, I have 882 watchers, meaning I'm closing in on less then 100. So!...I got something in the hold for that, a nice little image of course.~
Anyway! That's more or less all I got right now, or until MFF comes up. So please, share me and tell everyone about me to help me get to 1000 watchers. I will love you forever if you do! :D
