interest check: recipe comics? (poll) + commission changes?

i use the dark theme, therefore my profile and journals cater to it. i apologize if it's difficult to read in the light theme, though i did try to use colors that would be easily visible on either; however, if you can't, highlighting the text should provide enough contrast to read it :3 so, i've thought for a little while now that i'd probably enjoy having a cooking youtube channel, but that isn't feasible for multiple reasons. so i was wondering if people might like a recipe comic/manga thing, which gave you step-by-step directions on how to make the recipe. the cooks would probably be my 'sona, bunny; kamea; and cookie (who i still haven't drawn properly yet whoops). they'd cook various things that i like to make (i don't want to give people recipes i haven't tried!), and maybe if i made enough of them i'd collect them into a book and sell it? the individual recipes would still be available if i sold it, it would just be a way to get a physical copy and help me out a bit ^.^ and possibly have ych commissions of being served the final product (which wouldn't be in the book, if it ever happened).

and the other part is, i'm considering changing how my commissions work. aside from eventually moving to by-the-hour instead of a set price, i'm also thinking of making it so that my normal commissions are for humans/kemonomimis only, with a strong female preference. quite frankly, i'm not very good at drawing furries. i've tried a bunch of times to come up with a cute style for them, but it's been years and i still haven't managed it. i think that i'd be much more productive if i focused on drawing what i'm good at, and then had YCHs for furries or 'manly men'. i honestly don't think anyone would really care anyways, since my last regular commission was posted a year ago. but i figured i'd let people throw in their input if they wanted to before actually changing anything.

lastly, sorry for the annoying journals lately. i'm just worried about a lot of things, and trying to figure out something that i can do to make a steady income so that i don't have to worry about being homeless again. (comments like 'get a real job' are not helpful and will be ignored- if that were possible, i would have done it already.)
