I didn't know it would be this rough on me, but it was. Warnndog and I had to make the hard decision yesterday, and put our sweet dog Dorian to sleep. I know I was usually hard on him, got upset at him, but at that moment I realized he wasn't going to be in our lives anymore, and it ripped me up inside. He was our baby. and despite his stubborn personality he was still a very good dog. And now he's gone. And I'm having trouble focusing on anything, including sleep.
