Disclaimer:
If you are getting artwork from me PLEASE read and understand my terms of service.
It is not my responsibility to make sure that a customer agrees to the Terms of Service when commissioning me.
It is the customers responsibility to read the Terms of Service in full and agree to it as a whole or ask questions if they are uncomfortable or confused with some things stated.
The Terms of Service is here to protect the customers as well as the artists and is completely necessary.
You must be over 18 years old if you want to buy art from me!
Payment:
via PAYPAL only!
All prices are always in EURO - So send money in EURO, please.
I need your paypal email to send you an invoice.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
I DEFINITELY WON'T DRAW:
- scat
- vomit play
- human x anthro
- anthro x feral
- human x feral
- feral x feral
- nsfw feral (visible testicles and sheat are ok but no visible erection)
- babyfur
- hard vore
- inflation
- lipophilia (slob)
References:
Please have a good reference of your character. By "good" i mean with well visible details, colour swatches.
If comission contains nsfw parts - send me a ref which shows nsfw parts
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME YOUR OWN NUDE PHOTOS AS A REFERENCE!
If there is no information about your character species on your ref sheet - just tell me what kind of species, especially when it is a hybrid.
I prefer to not to work from written descriptions unless it detailed enough.
If there are accessory's or must haves that go with your character you must let me know EARLIER BEFORE I'LL START YOUR COMMISSION. It will be great if you send me pictures of those accesories. That way there will be no understatement
Changes will only be made if I have made a mistake in your characters design.
When I send you done art and you'll tell me "oh it's cool but can you add here collar/stockings/butterflies/etc
NO.
If it is a case where you want me to add something additional and this is not included in YCH there will be extra charges. And you MUST tell me about it before I start working.
Things about YCH's:
ALWAYS READ DESCRIPTION OF EACH YCH YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE/BID.
Don't hide comments please! Contact me if you made a mistake.
Payment will be done through Paypal only.
Payment must be given in under 48 hours after the end of the auction, or else the slot is given to the next highest bidder.
I reserve the rights to extending the duration of the auction, reducing or increasing the price (of course I will not do this if someone already bidded)
Private commissions:
If you want your commission to be private and not posted be me anywhere please tell me about it as soon as possible. There will be +€15 fee for it.
When you will get finished art?
Sketches, icons: usually 2 - 5 days, max 1 week
Fullart full bodies without background: max 2 weeks
Full art Pieces with complex design/backgrounds/clothes: usually 3-4 weeks
YCHs are done faster because i already got half of the work done. It just need edit.
When the things that happen in life (like sudden illness, hardware breakdown) I'll will inform you about it.
I send WIPs
If it is a case where you want your comission on specific date (like someones birthday) - TELL ME ABOUT IT. We will set a deadline.
If I have a lot commisions in queue and you want to be first in line/set a deadline there will be extra charges.
When your commission is completed and about copyrights:
I will send link you a link with it. Or I can do it via email, telegram, discord. What will the best for you. But tell me about it.
You are free to upload the work wherever you like BUT please credit me as the original artist if you upload my work anywhere.
Do not alter my work without my permission,
Never remove my watermark if it is present on your commission and never resell my work or use it for profit in some way.
I own full copyrights to my art. The customer will be paying for the service, not the copyrights.
The artwork is for personal use only unless discussed and agreed upon before payment is received.
None of my art may be entered in contests.
Refunds:
There is no refunds if I already started drawing.
Any work done or made by me CAN NOT be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.
I have the right to edit and add new points and details to my Terms of service and Price list.
