Compas has me stumped, I will admit. I think it might means 'my friends', but I'm not sure.

You make me laugh with this. However is a good translation of the journal.
"Compa" is a weird contraction to say "compañero" it means: partner!

All artists invited are my "compas", my partners & friends.
United for this cause, several talents joined. (Wow!, it sounds like an Avengers quote!) :D



Also "compa" can be ""compadre", this word refers to a father´s friend (it´s like a Godfather, more or less).
But usually this word means: close friend, pal or buddy in a mexican way.

I assumed it was based on compadre, but looking it up, it was defined as compass or a music beat.
