By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:
I retain all rights to art created.
The client holds the right to post and share the work created however they like as long as it is not modified in any way unless agreed otherwise.
I reserve the right to reject a client for any reason and also cancel a commission at any point for any reason. Once work has begun, if the job is to be stopped, the client will be refunded for any work not completed.
Payment
100% of the commission payment is required upfront before any work starts.
Payments must be paid within two weeks of recieving an invoice unless a longer time is agreed upon.
If payment is not paid within the agreed time I can cancel the commission.
Payment is handled in the form of invoices sent by me.
Communication
Clients must give feedback to the sketch and base colour stages for approval or required fixes within 3 days.
Character references with accurate colours are required.
Once work has been agreed to begin clients are recommended to contact me through either: Telegram, Discord, or Twitter for the benefit of clearer communication.
The client is permitted 3 free revisions in the sketch phase, more than this is subject to charge of $10/hr
Process:
-Contact me - agree on commission
-100% payment upfront
-art is created, I will update you after each stage of the commission is completed (sketch, lineart, colour) to confirm that the commission is still going
-commission is completed

-death
-pregnancy

-inflation
