RachVerity missing?

So... I'm not way too used to using journals, but I guess I gotta start sometime, right?
Anyways! Hey! I was wondering if anyone knows anything about RachVerity. I've (can't say recently) bought a YCH from her more than around a year ago.
Not until recently, like last month, I realised that her FA has been "voluntarily" deactivated by it's owner meaning that she isn't using FA anymore. Around a week or two aftwerwards, I found her tumblr where she says she had been IP blocked from FA. Is that true?
Is there any other place where I could contact her? I tried sending an email to both of her @s I paid her to con PayPal, but got no response from either ever since I found out.
I've been trying to get a refund as well, but PayPal doesn't allow me to get a refund from anything past 60 days... I tried calling and the answering machine guides me to use the page... So I can't do anything about it...
I don't want to just 'accept' that she got away with it without saying a word or at least even trying to contact her commissioners.
Any suggestions? :(

It was suppose to be a commission with 6 of my characters ,but in the end I was like you need to do this position with 1 character or I will not end the dispute.
She worked pretty fast after that. Finished it in a week.
If she was still on FA, or /at least/ answer her Tumblr... I've heard that many has her on her on their refund/pending list. I'd love to ask them if they do end up getting a refund cause I fear that I already lost my money. :(
Jeez... I don't even know what to say anymore... How ever, I totally appreciate your response. Thank you so much! Guess I just gotta let it go after all. Wish I could do something about it.
Yeah it's really unfortunate. Artists like that give other artists a really bad name and make people really iffy about commissioning other artists.
