BTC is awesome, although I've been using more for saving than spending. I haven't seen anyone else here use it for commissions (seen a donation or two) though, otherwise it's been getting really popular for all kinds of online commerce.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are volatile and are doomed to crash. Don't waste money on it.

All these years it only grow.
But anyway I'm thinking about it as tool to easy transfer money from anywhere to anywhere with small fees rather than thing to invest.

Random crashes is a funny definition of "growing."

If you do decide to use bitcoin for transfers, cash out as soon as you get the money because of how the value fluctuates, and absolutely don't hold onto it.

This sounds as a problem in one of clients, not a problem in bitcoin (or others) network. The cost grow, more functions added with time, more companies adding support for bitcoins, more people use it. So from my point of view it grow.

"Crash" is a economic term meaning something devalues rapidly. Bitcoin is unstable, and this isn't the first time that a bunch of people jumped on a bandwagon only to never speak of it again. There is no future in cryptocurrency.
