Life update

So catching up from July and my Japan trip:
it was absolutely amazing to be over there and experience some of the daily life. School didn't feel like school since it was more geared towards research. I got to stay in the lovely town of Tsukuba which it's university is well known for sport science. I did get to meet other students and got to see one of my good friends there too. I did so much in such little time that its all a blur. Thank goodness for pictures to help remember the good times.
Post Japan:
School started back up for the last year of my Master's program. Man this is a scary realization that I'm almost done with my post grad. Things are going good so far but the toughest thing I have is my neuromuscular biomechanics class. It goes way more in depth on how the body moves and the fail safe mechanisms that we have.
Personal life has gotten better since the beginning of the year which is good. Maintaining a good work out program as with losing a considerable amount of weight. Will be continuing that streak so that I can keep my mind clear and reduce my stress. Friends have been mostly doing well with some ups and downs. Had to help my best friend with his family business due to a stroke in his family. That was a really rough month for him and trying to keep the business afloat. All in all we succeeded and that his family member is doing well considering the ailment.
Whats coming of the next few months? FC for one which I'm excited to go back and have a better time. Rooming with people that I met briefly and hopefully get to know them better. Maybe TFF the next month but not 100% on that yet. Also will be trying to be a Teaching Assistant for classes to gain more experience in teaching. Lastly maybe going back to Japan at the end of my school year to see more and just wander the country. Hope everyone else has been doing well and hope our paths cross again!
