Honestly, for that budget you will have be hard pressed to find good closed overear headphones.

My personal favourite for sealed ones are Sennheiser HD 219 S, which are available for about 170$-ish.
Sennheiser HD 280 PRO are available for as low as 80$ if you shop around. Other then that, I sadly do not know any compelling options.

CAL!s are a really weird case, because Creative is usually known in the audio circles fo, well... bottom tier garbage. But they did something weirdly right with hose headphones and they legitimately sound better than everything in that price range, and a few dozen bucks above..

Are you opposed to IEMs? If not, I might suggest Xiaomi Piston 3s. I'm not sure I favor the newer Piston Hybrids. You could also go for some KZ-ATE's, but those are only available on Chinese e-tailer sites and will probably take a month to ship.

The AKG Y20U also seems to have decent reviews.

Very opposed. I can wear them for a while but I never had any that I found in any way of comfortable. Over ear or none.
