I've been wanting to brief people with my potential absence but things escalated faster then expected so I had to go before I could.
I'm located in the Northern region of California and currently the solano area (near where I live) has been dealing with disastrous fires. Now my town has not been effected by the fires yet, but we've gotten hazardous smoke warnings (not to go outside to breathe, lock and seal doors/windows) and to prepare for potential evacuation. Our schools were closed and a couple of stores were as well during all this and were had power going in and out. I had to bag all of my clothes, fur and fursuit items in an attempt to keep the smoke smell out of them. My family also had to go out to Suisun to help my friend and her family get what they could before they had to evacuate their home. That was frightening, and they're staying with us for the time being because their area still isn't safe.
The smoke has lightened up in my town, but if the winds pick up again we'll get another warning and we're having to keep watch on the direction the fires are heading while they're being contained.
WITH THAT SAID! I have shipped out two of the 5 items I'm behind on shipping. And I have refunded 1 of those because of the time it's taken to get it out (which I understand).
If anyone else prefers to be refunded just send me a PM. I don't mind at all. I see I've got a few new PMs and I'm going to get to them. I'm so sorry. ;o;
ETA: As a heads up: From now on my shipping days will only be Fridays/Mondays because of school. I can't manage to do it any other days anymore because of how late get out from studies.

I'm sure most do! It's just sometimes folks have plans and deadlines already made for things, and delays/situations like this can really mess with it. That can make anyone anxious or upset.
