Because apparently these things are hella important.Hella.Disclaimer: ToS may change at any time without notice, By entering into a commission deal with me, you are assuming responsibility for having read, understood, and agreed to my ToS, & I reserve the right to refuse any work or contact from anyoneABOUT THE ARTISTHowdy, I am all over the place 100% of the time but this is my full time job so I CAN'T MESS AROUMD @v@[center]
[center]C O N T A C T*Do not note me multiple times, especially if you have already sent me a note and I have not opened/read it yet. It sometimes takes me a day or two to get to messages (or a little longer if I am in a commission run) but rest assured that I do read everything I receive as soon as it is convenient for me
*Do NOT delete parts of the conversation in notes with me, it makes my life a little harder to try and organize information or follow topics
My FA notes are always open, if you have any questions, concerns, or anything you'd like to contact me about you can reach me there.
FA notes are also how you request a commission from me. I provide a commission form in my commission announcement journal, and that is the form you can fill out and send to me so that I may accept your commission.
S E R V I C E SI offer both digital and traditional art mediums.
You must be 18 years of age or older to commission NSFW art
Your commission, once accepted, will be put on my commission list.
I DO NOT work in list-order 100% of the time
I do not have a set commission wait time, but I find that I've never taken more than two months to get to a commission and finish it.
My work-time is very quick, and that allows for a potentially fast turnaround
If you need your commission by a certain deadline, (for example, a birthday present, event, etc) LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS YOU SEND ME YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST!
You can pay extra to have your commission put on-rush, but those prices are determined case-by-case in reference to what kind of commission you are having drawn
If you would like a PRIVATE commission, I do offer that option. However, adding art to my gallery is what refreshes my page and generates attention for my work- therefore I will charge extra for private commissions.
If I am currently closed but you are still hot for a commission from me (and holy jeez, bless you really) it's double the initial price of whatever commission you want.
This ALSO goes for styles I am not currently open for- so for example if you really want a lineart because you'd like to color it but I am only open for colored junk, that abovestated rule applies.
WILL DRAW:-Just about anything
WON'T DRAW:
-Watersports/Scat
-Actual Rape/Non-consensual
-My characters with yours romantically/sexually
-Offensive targeting things (racism, hate, religious-bashing, iffy types of gore)
-Cosmic's hair on other characters. Sorry, she's really important to me and I'm tired of people asking to buy her/ have a design just like hers.
P A Y M E N TAll payments are accepted via PAYPAL
All payments must be in USD
Payments are required upfront and in full, unless a payment plan is otherwise agreed upon. (I only allow payment plans for large projects such as reference sheets or comic pages)
R E F U N D SAll sales are final.
This is my job, and I try my best to keep every detail and request of your commission in mind as I work on it so that you are completely satisfied with my artwork.
The only instance that I will offer a refund is in the event that I cannot complete your commission for any given personal reason.
A L T E R A T I O N S to your C O M M I S S I O N -&- P R O G R E S SEven though I try my hardest to give you my best interpretation of your character(s)- sometimes there are things that I can overlook.
I will allow a one-time edit to any commission under the following circumstances:
-If the erroneous parts of your commission are things that I missed/mistook (in other words, the errors were clearly stated by you and missed by my fault)
-You provide me with any and all information that needs to be edited
I will NOT allow edits for anything that you did not clearly express/state in your original commission information before I accepted/started work on your commission. I do not offer edits that are a result of my stylistic interpretation/translation of the character(s) in my artwork. I will also not allow edits for commissions that have requested and approved WIP shots. Edits are reserved for grossly overlooked features on the character, not micro alterations.
If you still would like something you did not originally request added or changed, it will cost you 50% of the original commission's price.
I will NOT allow changes to a commission after I have accepted it. This means no additions or alterations to what was originally ordered.
I DO NOT OFFER WIP'S WITHOUT A REQUEST PLACED WHEN THE COMMISSION IS BEING ORDERED.
I do not offer WIP shots for several reasons:
1. I am rarely asked for one
2. I have only had one problem with my interpretation of a character to-date, and otherwise have not had any requests for changes or alterations to my art
3. I work very quickly. A long time spent on a digital commission for me is about three hours. My worktime for something like a single colored sketch is about thirty to forty-five minutes. Offering WIP's would complicate the way I work immensely, and potentially throw off my inspiration by cutting into my groove.
HOWEVER, I do find WIP requests reasonable for me to suggest for things like Reference Sheets, Comics, and Traditional Medium Art. But it is your responsibility as a commissioner to notify me that you would like a WIP- otherwise I will not be aware of your desire for one and therefore will not be responsible for not providing one. PLEASE do not commission me, then afterwards slide in a request for a WIP. What that tells me is that you did not read my terms.
Once completed, your commission will be uploaded to my gallery. (In exception cases, I may note you your commission in the event that you would prefer it not submitted to my gallery) I DO NOT NOTIFY COMMISSIONERS OF THEIR COMMISSION'S COMPLETION IN ANY WAY OUTSIDE OF PUBLICLY POSTING IT.
C O M M I S S I O N A L L O W A N C E SAfter receiving your commission, you are welcome to post it at any site you wish- provided you post credit back to me.
You are not permitted to remove my signature or post my art without credit
Your commission may be used in any examples I post of my work
(For instance: price sheets, convention sample books, etc)
Be sure to save your commission somewhere other than my gallery. I do not take responsibility for it's allover loss if I remove it from my gallery. I also delete PSD files after the commissioner has seen their art- so please keep that in mind for necessary alterations you may require.
THANK YOU FOR READING AND FOR ANY/ALL YOUR SUPPORT!
LOVE,
CUTECUMBER!
