Hay peeps, I'm still alive...

Nothing really exciting has been going on in my life, I've just been super busy with school and work, work being especially stressful with my boss and coworkers acting like real bitches to me for some reason, and my family at home being total cunts, adding to the stress. And between the stress of work and home, I have just been exhausted at the end of each day.

Oh, and remember that incident with the chicken I had a month ago? Yeah, well apparently it's not over. My eye had been bothering me off and on since then, and then it got really bad last weekend, causing me to wake up at 5:00 in the morning from the pain. So I went to see a optometrist, and apparently there is a pretty bad abrasion on my eyeball that got infected with a virus. The doc said it was like a cold sore that was on my eyeball. SO I guess the pain on the weekend was the sore bursting in my eye, releasing the infection.
So now I'm on some pretty hardcore anti-viral eye-drops to fight the infection, along with another eye-drop medication that is supposed to help my eyeball heal.
Super fun.


In other news, I'm trying to get my own rental again. There is one house that will be available at the end of the month that I'm shooting for. It's decently sized, decently priced, and it's really close to my work and school! I'm trying not to get my hopes up on it too much, cuz there are also other people competing for it, but if I do get it, I'll finally be able to set up my drafting table to have a proper art station, as well as about two more hours of free time each day since I wouldn't have to commute all the way down and up the mountain every day!
Not to mention if I had my own place, I might be able to invite friends over... if I have any that is.
