I'm so sorry to comment when I can't buy anything atm, but if you have a wacom tablet, I have a maybe fix?
Mine loses pressure sensitivity almost daily. In order to fix it I just save and close out of the program I'm using for art.
Then I search "wacom preference file utility" in the little windows search box thing.
It'll come up and where it says "all user preferences" you click the "remove" button. (I also linked a picture that shows what it looks like)

For some reason I can't open wacom preferences or anything similar. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver dozens of times but it just says there isn't a supported tablet connected, and this has been going on for months. My fiancee can use my tablet on his laptop but I can't use it on mine at all.
