Difficult cupcakes.
Low calorie, low carb, no sugar cupcakes.... Think about that for a moment.
Yet, It can be done.
I'm going to do it. I need some cake for my birthday, and I'm going to have cake.
Diets make things difficult.

Thank you.
My recipe will include coconut, so if you don't like that, that may throw you off.
Hopefully heading towards barbaric surgery, since I've always been very overweight, and it affects my health in many negative ways. I've already begun the path to that.
but yeah... you do have to do things as if your life depends on it.
Me.... i want to slim down to my college weight, and firm up like a sphynx cat. Thing is..... i want that body... MORE than a donut or pizza. mentally fighting it multiple times a day.
You can make low calorie, low carb pizza with flatout flatbreads for a crust, and then your favorite toppings and some low fat mozzarella cheese. Nothing like from the pizza shops... but.. it helps kill the craving.
i drink mostly Oolong tea, instead of any soda. it uses very little sugar. or plain tap water.
lately i brush my teeth to kill any appetite.
real trouble though.... that's all nice, but as for a hard physical regimen, i can't get much in because i can't leave the house for long. unless for work... without my roommate and mom getting into some altercation or spat... -_-
Try to look for low carb yogurt. (anywhere from 4-6 g carb.)
Also low sugar, as yogurt can also be high in sugar.
Eat high protein. Meats like chicken, turkey, or sea food. Soy products like Tofu if you aren't into meat. Eggs, various cheeses (watch the fat content.)
That should help. Try to cut bread as much as possible. Eat potatoes sparingly. Twice a week is fine.
Flatout flat breads are decent, and low (for bread) in carbs. Try the honey wheat.

Here's a link to one technique and recipe: http://www.molecularrecipes.com/foa.....nge-cake-miso/
Best of luck!!
Edit: There's also a low carb, gluten free cake recipe here. But it does use sugar. Replace that with spenda and use sugarless chocolate chips, and you might have a solution: https://lowcarbyum.com/best-low-car.....e-cake-recipe/
Although... That example picture on the website kind of looks like cigarette ashes. XD
Thanks. :)
Here's a prettier one, complete with birthday candle! Along with a similar but non-"ashy" recipe. (this one is vanilla)

I lost nearly 50lb this year doing keto, and made this about once a week to satisfy sugar cravings. It uses Stevia instead of other artificial sweeteners, and takes about 3 minutes to make.
I've recently been diagnosed as diabetic, and I can't use Nutrasweet or Stevia (of all things). They don't seem to carry any sort of sugar-free cake or cake mix anywhere that doesn't use one of those two sweeteners, so I'd also love to hear from anyone who knows a way to make a tasty cake without sugar or the other two things that try to kill me.
I never even thought about looking up paleo recipes - they'd have to be without sugar or artificial sweeteners, wouldn't they? Since, as I understand it, the idea is to emulate what our ancestors tens of thousands of years ago, that would certainly leave out processed sugar or artificial sweeteners. Bet lots of them involve stevia in the recipe, but recipes can be adjusted.
I just wish there were a good, not-prohibitively-expensive pre-made cake or cake mix - does anyone know of any? I mean, I can bake a cake, but I'm still lazy. ; )
But, ya know, DarkIceWolf. You could always give in to your animal side a bit and make a cake... out of meat. Mwa ha ha! "Ice" it with bacon strips or something terrible like that.
And happy birthday!
Have you tried Swerve or Splenda sugar substitutes? They're very sweet, and great for baking, and neither affected my grandmother, who was a very bad diabetic.
There are no pre-made cake batters that I know of, that would help you out in that aspect.
This might be a good one to try. - http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe.....version-217973
