they havent even sent you WIP? ask for wip, if it has been lots of time better ask for refund, yeah is always better to research and observe an artists before :/ I hope you get your image or money hon

try to contact them! and the way they talk to you tou will know, I mean for example I have an artist that owns me art for almost a year but he explained he was super busy and havent blocked me and he has lots of art so, no biggie, but yeah be careful who you commission next time ^^ there's always this "artist beware" page to consult to see if the artist you are interested is there
