Thanks, it's good to be back, even if only via journal;; We don't really celebrate Halloween in my country, but I did have a little fun and stressfull time trying to find an open store to buy food with my boyfriend on that day since most stores were closed hahah! Glad to hear you had lots of candy tho! c: What's your favourite?

I’ve always loved starburst, mainly the cherry ones. XD I’m kimda addicted to cherries.
Also you should totally just get candy before Halloween and celebrate anyway, even if others don’t.

I love anything strawberry but candy-wise I love Haribo candy mainly the pink and yellow teddy bears! I actually don't crave much candy these past couple of years so, maybe I'd watch Nightmare before christmas but I haven't had the time this year;;

Sucks you're having those issues with your artistic endeavors. Yeah, I've been having those kinds of blocks off and on for years ever since I dropped out of art school. Wish I could tell you how to truly solve the style side of your block but I've yet to find the answer myself. As for the why you draw, ask yourself what would you be losing out on if you quit drawing or is drawing something you're truly passionate about?

Other than similar art problems, I'm doing ok overall. I stayed at home and as much as I would have liked to, I can't really binge on candy like I used to due to trying to manage my blood sugar levels (pre-diabetic).

Yeah to be honest same, these art block things happen on and off but I think it's also due to my college dropping my whole thesis film preproduction right before I had just the animation part to do for it so that completely wrecked me this summer. :/ I'm better now with a new Thesis film idea so that's all fine and dandy but I guess I still have that in my mind that even with this one, I can never know when they might drop it and make me think of a new one? I did write down some things about why I draw and what I'm good at so I do feel a bit better about that now! I hope to be able to return fully back once my thesis is finished next year tho;; thank you for the tips!

Well that's good that you're doing better now : ) Yeah stuff like that can linger around for bit but hopefully things will work out better with your current thesis idea and that won't be too much of a worry. Also, glad the tips helped.

Yeah I did watch some creepy movies and played a horror game or two to make up for up it. Heh maybe by next Halloween I be to a proper weight and junk to allow me binge on some holiday candy xD

Yeah I think that once I'm done with college this year, my art mojo will slowly come back and I'll be able to draw like I used to. And hey, glad you're inspiration is coming back! Loving seeing the new artwork you've been putting out. c:

I finished the animation yesterday, I just need to export a frame for the preview image so I can upload it here;; I miss uploading my stuff but there has to be stuff in order for them to be uploaded;;; hmm...I could upload some preproduction works of my thesis film? It doesn't really have any anthros in it and the style may surprise people but...it's what I'm working on 24/7 lately!
