So I'm curious, do you prefer cut-aways, internal panels, or just separate images for internals?
I debate about my personal preference but I think in most cases I enjoy cut-aways the most but there are some times when the pred's pose is too good and only a full external view will do...

Overall it isn't much of a bother for me tho. It can be done well either way.
Actually, now I think whole separate pages for internals would do this for me the best, pages with panels only showing what someone inside is going through without any escapes to the outside even for the viewer until the page is turned. That encourages my favorite feeling of certain dooming unquestioning "now they're gone" in vore the most.
I think cut-aways have often the problem of either making it seem like the creature is nothing but stomach space, or being too small to be usefull if keeping more realistic proportions. It can work, but it's more tricky to not go too far one way or the other.
Also, with a separate picture or sub-panel, it give the option of easily making the picture less obviously vore-oriented, which is nice for commissioned art that will be used everywhere.
I really like that sketch you posted a little while back with just the internals showing directly on the belly.

With taking commissions I'm willing to do whatever's asked of me in that regard as best I can but the above is my personal preferences, I'm more fine without the internal view than with but I still do them now and again since I still find it fun to draw them myself.
Cutaways are good at showing relative sizes but maybe I don't want to be constrained by that accuracy =w=;
