General update about my boring life.
I have not been doing as much art or.. well anything lately. Had a house guest who needed a home and a chance to get back on her feet so I took her in and have been helping her look for work/houses. She's up here from the south so doesn't have her car and that means I'm driving her about to her interviews, doctors appointments, etc. So that's been interesting. Needless to say since the hubs has been working long shifts and I have been managing the house, my business and my new house guest, I have not had a lot of time for creating.
In other news, not going to MFF. I just couldn't afford it and would rather put the money into finishing my new Rio suit. It should be done in time for AC next year. It's already looking pretty cool and I will post some photos as soon as I reach a reasonable point to share.
I got my own bedroom! It's adorable! I worked super hard and managed to decorate it with all the lovely things that make me feel like a spoiled kid from a 90's movie. I even have a loft bed.
So there you have it, small update on what's going on in my world for anyone who is interested.

I can't tell if you're disappointed to not be going to MFF, I know I was when I couldn't get time off to go to AnthroNW. I'd be on a plane right now if I was. In a way, I'm glad, gives me a chance to save the monies for other things.
I have plans for AC, and I certainly hope to see you and your hubby there!!
