I'm about to start making sausage. Mostly, if not all of it will be loose breakfast sausage that I will vacuum-pack for the freezer, everyone at my house like that stuff and uses it very oftenly. Eh.. the last 5 lbs of it, i'm gonna experiment with, gonna use some garlic on a bit of it and some cumin on some other. The aim being is me trying to concoct an Italian and Mexican variant to the breakfast sausage. If it works [as in tastes good], i'll record this down for later~ :3
really not a whole lot at all. I'm mostly here sitting bored. Course I got sick these past few days, but I can't exactly stay sleeping 'all' night and day.
