I'm an emotional wreck :(

Hello people!
Something that has been happening to me for quite a while now needs to be addressed - backing down on won auctions and hiding comments on YCH auctions.
I've been through a really stressful experience recently due to a user winning an YCH auction with 2 slots, not paying and then completely disappearing and not replying. (They were still active on the website, posting and commenting every day. They just never cared to reply me back)
The other user paid for their spot and I couldn't complete the auction - this situation dragged itself for MONTHS and I couldn't resolve it. In the end I had to cancel the piece altogether, losing the progress I had already made, and refund the user that had paid (they also stopped messaging me in the middle of this situation. They never replied back my last messages)
I guess this was more a vent than anything else, but I needed to say something about it - I have severe anxiety and this process made me an emotional wreck :c
So please - think twice before biding on an auction! Drawing is my ONLY form of income and it harms me a lot when people back down on their bids or worse - give up after they have already won.

It's really stressful because sometimes I think I already have enough money for the month and then ppl just disappear and back down... really hard :/
That was so disrespectful and you deserve better please feel better š
You deserve to be treated with respect especially since this is your job and you are a professional
For sure crap can happen irl for both artist and commissioner, so it for sure is important to have a understanding for such things. But its also important to not waste peoples time unnecesarily.
I hope you dun have to deal with people like this in the future and that you don't let such a thing ruining your day ^^
