Changing username?

Hi there!
Anyone here has changed accounts before due to wanting a different username?
I changed my other accounts (tumblr, twitter) because I'm rebranding my username for a lot of reasons. I wanted to do this here as well but since there's no way to change usernames I'm wondering if I can create another account and slowly transition into it. Anyone has done this before? Kinda bummed out about starting all over again from nothing ;w ;
If I do decide to go forward I'll let everyone know and still post in this account until I move to the other one entirely ~

:) Since feb I've gotten about 1/2 my watchers back.
I did it because on my old account most of my 2k watchers were blank or gone. There was a great FA hacking and most of those watchers lost their accounts. There were also a lot of newbies following me who lost touch and left the site. Now I have a new account and I know everyone who follows me is still here lol. XD out of my 2k watchers probably only 500 watched me for real. now I have close to 1000 real watchers. Feels good.
Also I did it because xx0morgan0xx is a very 90s name. I wanted a fresh new name like morgan. .
Indeed the old one was very reminiscent of MMORPG's in the early 2000's lmao
I miss that
I'm in the process of moving accounts myself and I honestly don't have many watchers that pay attention to me anyways.
I'm pretty sure I've lost a lot due to continuously posting the same thing xD

Yeah I've been thinking of crossing posts in this account until I fully transition into the new one so I'm not shouting into nothingness in the new one >w<
