I just use Picarto! ^^ its simple enough, and I believe they have tutorials on everything

when it asks you to download software options should i do that? or just hit next ;w; (im already having issues XD i cant do anything by myself)

yeah, you need to have a streaming software along with a site to stream on, I recommend OBS, it's for the most part pretty easy, there are tutorials on youtube, and you can customize your layout ^^ I would tell you how to set it up step by step but its been a while!
