trying to make contact, wonky address or is it me?

Borba is taking commissions and wants to do business through 'commissions@borba.biz' but that doesn't seem to work for me, though others say its just fine for them. Is there some annoying little setting that needs to be tweeked at my end or is there a secret handshake somewhere that I don't know about? Any thoughts?
Edit: That was quick, delivery failed, "error 550: High probability of spam" They must be receiving so many emails that their provider shut down receiving. Is there an alternate contact method available?
For example, my mail server, NineChime, absolutely cannot receive mail from or send to AOL or Hotmail, as those two services are ranked very high for spam. In my case, though, I get no notification that the mail was rejected -- it just disappears without a trace. My hosting provider has told me they can't do anything about it, because it has to do with policies set by the owners of the main trunks.
If you've been hearing other people talk about losing net neutrality, well... this is part of it. A bunch of big companies get to decide what you can and cannot host on the Internet. It's likely over the next few years that I won't be able to run my own e-mail server at all because it isn't big enough to be "verified secure" or some nonsense. It sucks.
Actually, here's a quick solution. Just create a quick Gmail account to communicate with Borba. I know Paypal. Has no problems with his domain, so you are good there, you just need email to go thru. That'll get you in contact, then you'll be good to go. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving! Would be cool to see Julius and Nicole by Borba. (Extra characters and background doesn't bother him, either.)
Hope you get thru! Stubat
P.s. Yahoo, especially, can get weird with small email servers. And Comcast. Stubat
