Thankful for-

I'd like to take a moment to say I'm thankful for my friends and fans of my work. I treasure the help and support I've had especially over this past year. It literally has made all the difference in getting through what is probably a difficult time for most of us.
I'd also like to specially thank those bidding on my auctions and I'm eager to see the results of those.
And finally I'm thankful for the invaluable assistance and love of Susi, my companion for the past several years. I do wish I could make so many things better and easier for you.

Food's good to be thankful for. Just don't overdo it on either of those. Future you won't be too happy with past you's decisions.
I'm thankful that my mother made it through her mastectomy surgery with flying colors and the fact that there's no indication of breast cancer left. I'm thankful for the fact that I've got a job and I can, at least, keep my bills paid up, unlike the way my life was about 15 years ago. Finally, I'm thankful for my two cats who keep me company and give me all the love that I can handle, especially my Dixie who's decided that the best place to sleep is between my legs and underneath the table that my laptop stays on while I'm online. Oh, and I'm also thinkful that I've been blessed with a creativity which allows me to write stories. (I just wish I was also blessed with a desire to finish stories that I start. LOL.)

Those are all good things to be thankful for. And it's good to think about them all things considered that are currently going on in the world. It helps to stabilize the mind against the near constant chaos to think about all of these things and remind ourselves that at least this going along so far.

Thank you. I love you too and am so glad I know you. I probably would have gone off the deep end of sanity a while ago myself. I know there's more between us than just keeping each other from falling into the darkness but it is still a very important thing because it is so easy to do and lose oneself.
