In a nutshell, the Congress of the United States is voting on Dec 14, 2017 to repeal net neutrality. A YES vote will allow Internet Service Providers (Verizon, Spectrum cable, AT&T, ect) to decide which Internet traffic gets higher speed on their networks and which gets slower speeds, or no access at all.
