its actual good its gone now congress and the public can push congress to actual enact laws and regulage isp and deal with the big picture NN laws where a band aid solution to a problem that the us has still not bothered to address the us is one of the few countries left where the internet is nto classified as a public utilty and isps are still nto regulated

ISPs here already controlling the internet, what and what not to see.
Something like forcing you on local Google/Youtube instead of choosing region, another one is blocking Skype and IMS services.
I had one that uses some kind of images compressing proxy, made all my images looks shit on the internet.
Fuck them! they made reinstall my Windows >_< till someone at FA forums told me about it.
