What I've found through the writing of my own character's back story is that I had a general thing I wanted to write about, a scene in particular and then had to decide how I got there. So I worked from the middle and outwards, and things literally would just come to me organically and naturally without any real struggle or thought.

I've been astounded too because I'd be writing something about my character and what is going to happen and then its as if my character takes over my writing and takes his own path, making his story as he wants to tell it. The event changes and things arise from that, new questions that have to be answered, explanations of what's going on or what will happen. So much more opens up, even new characters suddenly exist and come into play because their role in my characters story has become important enough to tell. It's a real journey into the depth of my characters.
It's one reason why I take so long to complete my stories, because they keep growing and get more detailed.

what ive learned is that theres always a nice way to express ones creativity though art or writing, the ability to think out a characters whole life and bring it to life in color is astounding but a picture can speak a 1000 words and from those words people come to their own perceptions of that character dn by extension your self, so i applaud you for even writing your character and wanting to post him on here words and art so people can truly know the character behind the art
