Smokes give me headachs

not realy, by not smoking im going threw nicotine withdrawal and that is the reason for the headaches

Whatever you do, don't give in. This is the point where a lot of smokers that are trying to quit give up. It's really a lot better to quit, trust me. Find something else to do that takes your mind off of it. Unfortunately quitting smoking usually requires a substitute for smoking. A lot of people end up eating more when they quit.

Regardless of what you do to help, I'm sure you can do it. Try your best to stay optimistic.

Ah, the curses of stopping smoking. For all this talk about the craving being all in the mind... I've not had a lot of success. Or rather, I did for about a month. >>

i know were your coming from, its hard for me because i rely enjoy smoking, it gives me something to do, i calms me down and i like the taste

I've been a smoker for a few years now, but I didn't smoke quite as heavily until I started working in a quiet booze shop. Smoking became something to pass time time and... well.... I enjoy the smoking also for the reasons you say. And I'm in no position where I have something less detrimental to my health to tempt me to quit again. x;

a booz shop "rely" thats cool as shit. i do a lot of sparring and it rely sucks when three minutes into it you cant breath anymore
