Hate to tell you syn but no one but you can do anything. The admins changed the rules 2 or 3 years ago so that only the owner of said art can submit art theft reports though forms. They flat out took the tab out for other people.

Look again. It's grayed out. I've tried to report stuff alot and all it dose is say go to the forms about it. Hell, I even flat out got ahold of an admin once in a chat room and they flat out said they can not take the word of a third party. I did call the punk kid out on it and it seems you aren't the only one they've stolen from before. Keep calling them out and they might take it down as they did with the other person they stole from.

okay, they have changed it a little but clicking "it belongs to a third party" just tells you what you can do but has links to the forms to submit a report about it, but after clicking OK it says to seek out the owner...basickly a nice way of saying "We won't take your word for it, only the owner's" So, don't know what else I can do other than call them out on their bullshit.
