Happy New Year! My Resolution (Art + Commissions!!)

Hey all, happy new year! 2017 was... An interesting one, we'll leave it at that.
I'm hoping to actually get serious about my art this time. My resolutions for the past few years was to finish and shade at least one picture a month. Last year though, my Skylar pictures outnumbered pictures of other characters roughly 9-3. This year, Skylar pictures won't count towards that goal. (I'll still be drawing her of course, but I want to broaden my horizons.)
I'm also going to be setting time aside specifically to make myself work on art. These times may change once school starts and everything, but for now I'm thinking this:
Monday and Tuesday, 12-4PM EST will be spent working on art, whether it be personal art or any commissions I may take on this year.
Which brings me to that bit-- I'm serious about doing commissions this time. If I've got any that I've agreed to work on, they'll take priority over personal art on those days, and I'll also try to work on them on other days if I have any that aren't done by then.
I'm also gonna offer this:
I know a lot of people like characters of mine, and obviously they are easier for me to draw.
If you want to commission me to draw Skylar, or one of my other characters, I'll be offering a 20% discount on any and all commissions that include any of them. This amount may be subject to change, but that's what I'm going to say for now.
