I've just issued my first ever DMCA takedown request...

It's late, and I'm tired, so I'm not gonna make this super long. But I'm sure a lot of you have heard of yiff.party at this point. If you haven't, then they're a site that's stealing content from peoples' Patreon pages and letting the general public view it all for free, all while taking donations to keep it up.
Long story short, I got mad, filed a DMCA takedown request (which took longer than I was expecting), and now I'm here to help you file one if your content has been stolen, too.
First thing's first, go to https://theartistsjd.com/dmca-takedown-notice/ , they'll walk you through the steps on what to do/say.
Second, go to https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=yiff.party to get the domain holder's information, you'll need some of it.
Third, go to https://v4.gandi.net/abuse and select "Copyrighted content" in the dropdown menu.
Then just follow the steps listed in the first link. Hope I helped, I'm going to bed now.

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a%3ayiff.party&run=toolpage# shows the IP as 104.31.88.44 This is a 'cloudflare' IP, which is a content delivery network. If it wasnt cloudflare, we'd do an IPWHOIS to see who owns that IP and contact their abuse department. Cloudflare is not a host, but they are the ones caching copyrighted content in this case. So we need to send the request to cloudflare. Cloudflare will forward it or close their cloudflare cache if its not resolved.

That is where you send the request, not to Ghandi. They are not currently hosted at Ghandi.
I had never heard about tiff.party until nasty cat posted a journal, and looking into it, it is a pretty nasty site. They steal artists' patreon content and with a patreon security update, they seem to encourage- require?- their users to steal art themselves to share on the platform.
I was looking into it because I had mixed feelings. Natsu's journal seemed a bit extreme, and there are artists that I've seen who use patreon in ways I disagree with.
Artists who put huge patreon watermarks on their patreon rewards, or who post thumbnails of their artwork publicly, but require users to support them to see the whole thing.
There are other things, but I've unwanted artists I feel who overdo things with their patreon..
Overall, most artists seem to use their patreon to give additional work to their supporters, whether it's progress pictures, coloring pages, or prizes, and I think patreon in many ways benefits the community.
There aren't enough artists who abuse it, in my opinion, to justify stealing artwork that was intended for supporters.
I don't know how true that is, but something to be aware of
I hate seeing sites like this making money off someone else's hard work.
Again, thanks for advertising exactly what the site is, now it's my new favorite. Quality data files are so hard to come by these days, especially with those nasty watermarks on images, or embedded in other files. Whoever came up with digital watermarks deserves to have their ass kicked about 367,000 fucking times. As much as I appreciate the hard work people put into the production of quality work, (i.e artists and their artwork) every time I see a watermark I wanna fucking kill someone. I agree with ShinIori319 in that I despise this endless subscription bullshit-- the company Autodesk started selling their software exclusively on subscription back in 2016, that's why the experts among us who understand the importance of their design programs and how severe this is started scrambling to scrape up the perpetually activated versions, along with the patcher programs for the corresponding version years so that every feature of every program available could be locked on and used forever and in any way necessary, negating the possibility of a company who relies heavily on Autodesk design software from going out of business just because they couldn't afford to pay the annual digital water bill!
Long story short, FUCK YOU DIGITAL CAPITALISM!
Why should I have to take a hit because you're too cheap and don't want others supporting creators?
# I love your work, and the works of many others, that's why I'm one of the people who desperately searches for the best data files available, to commemorate the creators of the finest works by making a statement that such work is so great, it's worth collecting.
What are we trading? Food? Car insurance payments? I love getting art as much as the next person, but that doesn't always cut it. I need money just as much as you do, and I just want to use the skills that I've worked hard to possess as a means to make it.
Look, I read through some comments on yiff.party, and yeah, I can kinda see where you all are coming from. You don't want artists to paywall most of their stuff, leaving you unable to view it. In a way, it makes sense, you just want to see their art. But the majority of Patreon creators that I've seen don't do this, they just offer rewards to the people who pay extra to give extra support outside of commissions, most of which make it out into the public anyway. They're just people like me trying to earn an honest living doing what they love to do.
But that one line; "What are we trading? Food? Car insurance payments?" LMFAO! I should have specified I was referring to art trades, but I didn't think I had to. And I feel the exact same way as you do about using the skills you worked hard to refine to have a place in life, believe me, I'm dealing with issues on the matter myself right now.
And lastly; " they just offer rewards to the people who pay extra to give extra support outside of commissions, most of which make it out into the public anyway." I get the idea that that's the way it's supposed to be, but too many people take advantage of something designed to be an extra in what they do, it makes me sick. I really think it should be something intended to raise money to a point where a work gets made public after a certain amount is made-- after all, people often have funding goals on patreon, but they continue to take advantage of the service and leave others wondering, "why do we even have the internet if we have to pay more for every single thing we might want to know about?"
