UPDATE: My pen for digital drawing is broke.[EDITED]
As the subject line says, my Monoprice tablet pen is cracked and is slowly falling apart. The tablet I've been using for years is a fairly cheap one, compared to most display tablets, so it may or may not be discontinued. If that's the case, then I won't be able to draw on my tablet monitor until either my pen gets fixed or I buy a new tablet all together. I've had this Monoprice tablet for a couple of years, its old but its not broken. Only the pen is no longer working. Unfornately, only one type of display tablet only works with one type of pen. If fixing the pen doesn't work out, then I'll have to buy a new tablet. The tablet I currently own is a Monoprice 10707 19" Interactive Pen Display, which I got around 2014 or '15.
As for my page uploads, I'll still be posting them but that'll later slow down due to the rest of the part still being worked on. I know, it sucks, and the college I'm attending does have tablet and pen equipment in their buildings. Though I rather not use their stuff for two reasons; As said before, my tablet monitor won't work with other tablet pens, and I'm pretty sure they won't take too kindly to me drawing NSFW stuff on their school equipment. I honestly wish I could use different pens for one display tablet, but apparnetly that's not how this tech works.
So if getting the pen fixed doesn't work and if more replacement pens don't end up at the Monprice store soon, I might end up taking commssions just so I can have the funds for a new drawing tablet. Though if I do take up commissions, they would be on traditional pencil and paper unfortunately. Hopefully if by some luck the pen does get fixed, I'll be back on my own display tablet and continue on all my work. For now, I'll be working on my college work with the college equipment, and let me know if anyone would be interested in a penciled commission. Also I have a ko-fi if you're feeling really generous (www.ko-fi.com/thewill/) ,if so then thank you very much.
If you do need open for traditional pencil commissions, I'd be interested in hiring your services again. Hopefully that won't be necessary and you can get your tablet pen fixed.
Is this the pen?
