This person also obviously has no idea why female genital mutilation occurs in certain African cultures. Nobody thinks this is a method of birth control. It's a pseudoMuslim ritual purification that most husbands want their brides-to-be to undergo. And since one of the best protections for women in this culture is to get married, they go through with it, willingly or not. While in male circumcision, only the foreskin is removed (and some people would even argue against this ritual), females essentially have their clitoris cut out, a "practice which health experts say drastically limits normal bodily functions, destroys sexual pleasure, and causes scarring, infection and longterm complications if the girl survives."

Also, um... Miss KittyKesly, I don't think the presence of a clitoris is really going to affect how much pleasure you get out of being raped.
