Twitter because everyone I know is on it, added bonus is the Direct Message is like a secondary messenger when/if Telegram is down for maintenance (which is rare).
It's a time killer when you're waiting for something and have like 10-minutes. Lots of fursuit pics and funny jokes to brighten up at least that 10-minutes of your day.
Telegram is more for communication than posting anything else. Planning get togethers, hang outs and meets, carpools, and to contact multiple people at a con.
FA is for looking at all the magical things that people make with a tablet and/or pencils. It's for arts, both to find people to commission, and to offer commissions.
It's a place to discover new artists, fursuit makers and musicians, as well as to be discovered... Also, FA is still the first stop when someone discovers the fandom.
Facebook became too creepy and asks for too much personal info, to the point that I trust FA more then them. It's the new MySpace, but that's just my opinion.
Telegram and FA are "InuOkami" Twitter name is "InuOkami1978"
I recommend making an ART Telegram group, but the artists
I am watching have it so nobody can talk, it's only for the room
owner to post their art and give commission updates.
I just created an AIM account around the middle of Q1 of last year. Sadly they shut down the service after 20 years of its existence. I remember my sisters using it when it was a thing, and they got back on it a few years later along with our cousins. Hell I still remember the login credentials for the first account they made.
I used to use Furry Amino. Had around 1150 followers there, then I started posting to here, went back and fourth between the two apps for a while until I stopped uploading here. I then tried Diviantart.. then became unactive for around a year. Then eventually, I stopped using Amino, and brought back to life my FurAffinity. I eventually made a twitter and started posting there too. Then finally I brought my Diviantart back to life as well. Now I post my artwork on FA, DA, and Twitter. =3
FA is my number 1. I don't have a twitter or facebook, or a snapchat or instagram. I have my youtube account but I haven't posted anything to it for quite a while.
Twitter, like you mentioned, I also use but mostly lurk~~

Mainly because I'm a content creator.
I avoid Twitter because of built in tracking in the platform.
