Escape the Con [New, Beta, looking for testers]

The beta version of Escape the Con is now available, and I would appreciate anyone who wants to test it for bugs

Your objective is to reach the bottom floor and leave the hotel. Find and wear clothing and wield hotel items to beat the furries in your way.
Changes in beta:
There are now button controls which should work on touchscreens
Walking into containers automatically opens them
You will be alerted to the presence of friendly NPCs every few turns
It should work on mobiles, probably
You will automatically equip items if you have an empty slot
There is a non-monospaced log now
If you can, please try it out and let me know if you experience any bugs or difficulties

The new buttons don't appear to do anything thoguh. I'm using Chromium on Linux thoguh so it might be something on my end.
Notification for survivors is pretty frequent, almost every other movement.
But found that I cannot pick up armor from storages. I get some search method lookup query with nothing happening then a second press of get button (because enter just exits the cabnets), chrome asks if I'm trying to do a search lookup gear query.
I was playing it on chrome and it only happened when I uncovered a lot, was going up/northwest, and was near a survivor (not sure if any of these could be the causes).
In IE Weird bug after opening a closet the screen no longer refreshes. I can still move but the map doesn't refresh.
In Chrome if a survivor message pops then the map goes black and won't refresh
Pros
♦Using button controls can help you more easily adapt to mobile players.
Cons
♦As a deuteranopic player, I find it very difficult to see doors against the similarly-coloured wall textures.
♦The game seems too small for the text being presented on the right (tested at 3840x2160 resolution).
♦The closet(?) texture looks very similar to the door texture.
You can give the guard cum if you kill an enemy, and take the cum they drop with the GET button
