Terms of Service

Please make sure you read these Terms before commissioning me!
by commissioning me you agree to these Terms of Services
You can only commission me if you are 18 years or older!
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission, without reason and explanation given.
2. I Reserve the right to change my Terms of Service without notice*
3. I will work with my own style, and not try to copy the style of other artists
4. Any and all watermarks/signatures that are put on my art works must remain on them
5. Original files (IE, CSP. PSD. SAI.) will not be provided, you will receive PNG. and/or JPG. files
6. On completing the commission, you will receive (at minimum) a full sized PNG)/JPG (private) file and a Re-sized (public) file you can upload to FA or any other website of your choice**
* any commissions accepted before a change will adhere to the T.o.S that was applied at the time.
** it is possible to receive other file sizes upon completion, and these can be discussed in private.

3. Comment on a journal where i state i open up commissions
1. A good character reference file, i need a clear idea of species, pattern and colors
2. in case you want a specific pose, i will need a pose reference
3. A small description of the scene you want me to create
**! In case you want to allow me more artistic freedom, make this clear to me !**
It is possible to discuss an idea, and come up with a scene together, feel free to talk to me about options!
* I will send you a WIP after i'm done with the sketch, so you get an idea how it's coming along, and you can give me feedback on the sketch.
If you don't reply within 3 days, I will assume everything is fine, unless you specifically tell me you won't be able to answer within a time period.
* I might livestream my work on Picarto, unless you specifically told me it's a gift, in which case I will work on your commission outside of my livestream to make sure it's a surprise.
* In case i can not work due to whatever reason (sickness, accident, etc.) I will inform you.
* In case you change your mind about the pose entirely after i accepted your commission and already made a sketch,
I reserve the right to charge extra based on complexity of the commission and my own sketch prices
As the Artist I:
* Retain the right to keep and use any artwork i created for personal promotion, whether it's digital or physical.
* Retain the right to my own characters, in case these are included within the commission.[/i]
As the Commissioner, you:
* Are permitted to upload the Public File(s) you have obtained from me (a WIP Sketch does not fall under Public File(s.))
* Are allowed to take uncolored Linework/sketch work of mine and color it in yourself, or let someone else do it, as long as I, the Artist, am credited for the Linework/Sketch work in the description.
* Are not allowed to remove any watermark/logo/symbol added by me, under any circumstances.
* Are not allowed to trace or copy any lines that I made in any way.
* Are not allowed to edit, alter or change any files I send to You, the commissioner, if you require a a different resolution i will see to that need.
* Are not allowed to Sell any art you commissioned from me, nor make a profit from commissioned art, under any cricumstances.
Payment
* I Only accept Euro's as a currency.
* I Only accept payments through paypal as of this moment (this may change in the future),
Depending on the price, i will either send you an invoice or paypal.me link.
Refund
* If you, for whatever reason, decide you want to cancel the commission, you are not obligated to tell me why, i respect your privacy.
* If I've already worked on the commission, I will not fully refund the payment, depending on how much work I have already done:
- If I've done a sketch, i will refund 75% of the payment.
- If I've completed linework, I will refund 60% of the payment.
- If I've completed flat color i will only refund 50%
- Passed flat colors, i will simply stop the commission and keep it at flat color.
* In the case of me cancelling the commission, you will get a full refund.
[i] I hope you understand why i keep a percentage for the work i have done.
