Here are the terms of service if you commission me. For details on commissions and prices please see my “commission info” tab.
For Digital Art
All payments must be made via PayPal.
Payment is to be made in full when requested, after I have accepted the commission and we have agreed on the details for it.
I will provide a WIP for you and send you a file/files of the work once more before anything is published, so that edits can be made.
You may not edit or change the completed art, unless cropping to use as an icon/badge, without my express permission.
Stickers can only be used in sets containing exclusively my art and containing my artist icon, without my express permission.
I reserve the right to decline any commission or cancel any commission if needed without explanation, though full refund will be given if payment has been made.
I reserve the right to use all commissions in my galleries.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future pieces.
You have the right to post the commission online, so long as I am properly credited and a link is provided to this FA account.
You have the right to use the files for any use as long as it is non-profit.
You have the right to crop images for use as icons/badges.
